The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cooking utensils and a refrigerator, ideal for preparing delicious local recipes. The accommodation also has air conditioning in the corridor, color TV and washing machine on the external veranda.
The double bedroom is comfortable, while the bedroom with bunk beds is perfect for hosting children or friends. The bathroom is equipped with all the necessary comforts.
Outside, on the veranda, there is a table with chairs and umbrella to enjoy outdoor lunches and relax in the cool. The apartment is located a few steps from the crystal clear sea and the wonderful beaches of Torre Pali, about 800 meters, in a quiet area, 500 meters from the center.

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, upon customer request, and upon acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check ins after 8.30pm and up to 10pm extra cost of €30.00;
- for check ins from 10.00pm to 12.00am extra cost of €50.00;
- for check ins from midnight to 7:00 euros 100.00.

For early check outs, upon customer request and upon acceptance, from 6 to 8 an extra cost of €30.00 is required
